SQD Switching Quick Disconnect Headset Amplifier

Never miss another call automatically routes call to the next available agent. The new SQD (Switching Quick Disconnect) Adapter is RNA (Rep Not Available) enabled, and provides the RNA notification capability for Rockwell and Nortel Systems. The SQD will not replace the E10 Adapter. The SQD Adapter is for Inbound Call Center agents utilizing a phone system with RNA capability. The function of RNA is to assure that phone calls are only sent to agents who are available to take calls. When the agent disconnects the SQD Adapter, the circuit is broken, which sends a signal back to the phone system and assures that a call will not be sent to that agent position.
